Leonardville Nursing Home is a PEAK Mentor home in the state of Kansas. We provide person centered care in three different neighborhoods. The elders make the decision for their day not staff. They choose when to get up, go to bed, what is served for their meals and their activities for the day. This is where staff and elders become like family to each other.
