Riley County Cheer

Goal: $2,500.00

Specific Need

Our hope is to be able to help lower the out-of-pocket expense of cheer camp, offset some of the cost of required apparel, and purchase practice equipment, among other things. We also want to make sure everybody is able to join cheer, regardless of financial constraints, so this fund will allow us to offer scholarships if needed.

Mission

The mission of Riley County Cheer is to:

• support and encourage all Riley County teams.
• promote Riley County school spirit by attending and performing at community events.
• provide a challenging, affordable and fun experience for all students who would like to cheer.
• represent Riley County well at UCA Summer Camp and KSHSAA Game Day Competition.

Profile

If you have attended games to watch the Falcons, you have most likely seen and heard our cheerleaders supporting our teams! The cheer squads work hard throughout the summer, as well as during both fall and winter sports seasons. They not only cheer on their fellow athletes, but also attend competitions, lead spirit activities at school, and perform at community events. Many people benefit from our cheerleaders, and they put in a lot of hard work to do a great job! We hope you will partner with us in building our cheer program here at Riley County!
